The tool is designed to be struck with a hammer to punch a hole in many fabric materials to make fitting a turnbutton common sense eyelet and washer a simple task
I designed the tool to help the end user fit turnbuttons easier as the only other tool on the market is over £90 which defeats the porpuse of saving money to fit your own fasteners
A little tip I use
Most people use a block of wood under the canvas when using similar tools.
That can work fine, but also grab a magazine, something similar to a TV times and place it between the block of wood and the canvas then give the hammer a go.
