It further reduces wind noise by 12 dB compared to the extraordinary characteristics of the Wavo microphone. Originally developed by Rycote, a subsidiary of JOBY, Windjammer is a synthetic fur cover that offers excellent protection against particularly high levels of wind noise. This is possible thanks to the excellent quality of workmanship and design: JOBY Wavo Windjammer is made of materials designed specifically for insulation from wind noise. Unlike other products on the market, Wavo Windjammer has virtually no negative effect on high frequency input sounds. The package contains only the fur protection.
