Gently massage the oil onto your baby’s skin, using gentle, circular motions. Focus on areas such as the arms, legs, and back. Continue massaging for a few minutes to help soothe and relax your baby. Allow the oil to absorb into the skin before dressing your baby in comfortable sleepwear. Use JOHNSON’S Bedtime Oil as part of your nightly bedtime routine to help your baby unwind and prepare for sleep.
