5 Easy Steps with Useful Tips
Step 1:Trim
Make sure the Mouthguard is the right size before use. If it is a little too big, you can trim it according to your teeth.
Step 2 :Prepare hot water
Boil the water to about 80 degrees.
Step 3:Hot water immersion
Immerse it into the hot water for 30-50 seconds.
Step 4:Put into oral
Bite the mouthguard tightly (do not bite it too deeply) and hold it for 30 seconds with your hands and tongue help to press close to your teeth.
Step 5:Cold water shaping
Put it into cold water to shape it.
Re-model again
If you don’t get a great fit ,repeat step 1 through 5 again.
