- ⚙ FLEXIBLE WITH SHORE 95A: Kexcelled TPU K7 95A is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament specially engineered to work on most direct-extruders. It has a shore hardness of 95A and can stretch more than 5 times its original length. TPU K7 95A is a multifunctional elastomer with unique properties. It has excellent abrasion resistance, tear resistance, and oil solvent resistance.
- ? EXTREMELY DURABLE: Kexcelled has a closed-loop control system and near-freezing point cooling technology, which is the industry’s leading elastomer filament diameter control technology. Effectively reduce the printing failure rate and the layer pattern caused by uneven filament diameter. The surface of the product is smoother. The moisture before processing is strictly controlled to reach a level of less than 500ppm. This allows the printed parts to maintain excellent mechanical properties.
