Directions
1. Remove the cap from the pencil. 2. Twist or click the pencil to reveal the product. 3. Apply the eyeliner to your lash line or waterline using gentle strokes. 4. Blend the eyeliner, if desired, using the pencil’s built-in applicator. 5. Replace the cap on the pencil after use to prevent the product from drying out.
