Installation instructions:
Please clean your building plate thoroughly and allow it to dry.
Please connect your magnet to the plate and let it sit for a few hours so that it sits completely.
Please install the spring steel plate on the magnetic base.
Please reset the levelling settings of the printer to start the printing process.
Capabilities in use:
When installing the soft magnetic film, make sure that the printing plate is clean and dry. After installation, it is best to keep it upside down or attach it with a clamp to ensure that the soft magnetic film is fully attached to the printing plate.
Please make sure that the spring steel is fully aligned with the magnetic base to avoid the resin penetrating the gap during use, which affects the magnetic force of the soft magnet and causes the spring steel plate to fall off.
If there are burrs on the surface of the spring steel, please use sandpaper carefully to ensure that there are no burrs before using it to prevent the burrs on the spring steel from penetrating the fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) film during the printing process.
Do not bend the spring steel too much after printing when removing the model. After use, use alcohol or cleaning fluid to remove the resin residue on the surface.
If after some time during the printing process, the model falls off the spring steel sheet, you can sand the spring steel sheet with sandpaper to ensure sufficient adhesion.
