This saucepan is made from anodised aluminium. Thanks to the electrolytic treatment used in the manufacturing process, the aluminium is completely sealed and hardened so that it does not pass into the food. Features a non-stick quantanium reinforced with titanium particles, toxic free, heavy materials and pfoa free. The piece is of great durability and as the surface is very robust, it is also highly resistant to abrasions, deformations and corrosion. It diffuses heat evenly preventing body overheating and getting excellent cooking results. As for the handle, it is made of stainless steel with aluminium rivets that prevent heat transfer. Suitable for all hob types including induction.
