How to Use Caution: when opening a bottle of sparkling wine always bear in mind that there is extreme pressure in the bottle and that, once the wire cage is removed, the cork is held in place only by friction. With your other hand, place the Star in the four notches left in the cork by the wire and press firmly in place. Turn the cork slowly and the gas pressure will push it out of the bottle under your control. Clean with a damp cloth or warm soapy water.
