Please note that the size is the insertion size for the perforated sheets, not the absolute internal dimensions of the stove. For many cookers, wire grids are attached to the edge to guide the baking trays, which reduce the available space.
Please measure between the two guides and not on the oven wall. It is even easier if you measure a suitable baking tray.
Please note: Perforated sheets are not a jewellery or decorative item, so they are not ideal for gloss. We can not rule out that there may be some scratch marks due to production, which is normal in metal processing and manufacture of professional baking trays of this kind. It has no effect on the quality of the sheet, the baking process and the baking result. With normal use, scratches should also occur.
Perforated sheets are made of aluminium and have fine perforation, so they can warp slightly when heated. It usually happens when on the sheets either frozen products are baked or the baked product is too large. As a result, the heat spreads unevenly, which often leads to the bending of the sheets. After cooling, the sheets get their normal shape.
On a perforated sheet, hobby bakers and bakers bake tender yeast pastries, airy buns (e.g. chiabatta), crunch bread, pretzel, pizza, flambée, cookies, bread and vegetable chips, dried fruits, dried tomatoes, etc. It can also only be used as a cake sheet or pizza tray.
