HOW TO USE LIP LINER MAKEUP:
Step 1: moisturize lips completely before starting. Can use liquid balm if you wish
Step 2: part your lips slightly to help you maintain their natural shape as you line them.
Step 3: trace your natural lip line starting at the centre-top and centre-bottom of your lips and then work outward. as you trace your natural lip line, take care to ensure you apply liner to any creases or cracks in your lips; this will help prevent your lipstick from bleeding.
