The Longridge Power Band is a very useful piece of equipment while working on your swing. It is supposed to keep your arms together and help to practise extending your left arm during stroke while keeping right elbow close to your body. This will result in reduced hooking and slicing of the ball, more consistent swings and accuracy as well as increased drive length.
