The 3-way triax system of the Power Star series offers a maximum music load capacity of 480 watts and a sound pressure of 91 dB. These excellent values are achieved with a 150 x 230 mm bass speaker made from a polypropylene membrane as well as a 50 mm midrange and the 13 mm tweeter made of titanium-coated polycarbonate. The centring and the magnetic field of the construction, which sits in the sturdy steel basket with additional voice coil ventilation, has been optimised by the Klippel measuring process. The result is a very dynamic and at the same time very authentic sound. Exclusivity and chic, the 3-way triax system features the solid cover grille with aluminium diamond cut logo and the attractive magnetic protection ring in Mac audio design.
