Tiny holes in its base and sides allow moisture to escape and heat to circulate as your quiche, tart or flan bakes. The result is crisper pastry with an evenly cooked filling.
It’s made of robust 1 mm-thick carbon steel, which means it won’t warp. With its electroplated surface, it resists rusting too. This perforated flan tin provides reliable results, bake after bake.
Removing baked tarts and quiches is made easy too. A double layer of the Quantum II non stick coating releases food instantly, and the pop-up loose bottom minimises the risk of damaging that fluted finish.
