The bottom roasting tray measures 41.5 x 31.5 x 9.5 cm (16½ x 12½ x 3½ inches), while the dual-purpose roasting pan/lid measures 40 x 28.5 x 8 cm (15½ x 11 x 3 inches). Like all Smart Ceramic nesting bakeware pieces, they are dishwasher safe, and BPA, PFOA and PTFE free.
