MisterVac® device guarantee
The guarantee is valid in all member states of the European Union. The statutory rights in the event of material defects remain in full force and are not restricted by this guarantee. The guarantee includes the assumption of all repair and shipping costs for defects that occur during the guarantee period and that are reported to MisterVac by the end user and that are not based on intended use, wear and tear, improper handling or the use of force. In the event of a guarantee, please contact the guarantor directly. After the purchase receipt and the defective goods have been sent, the goods will either be repaired free of charge or replaced with an equivalent product at the discretion of the guarantor. This guarantee does not justify any further claims.
