Directions
1. Wet the toothbrush head with water. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 4. Brush gently in a circular motion. 5. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. 6. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth and toothbrush thoroughly after brushing. 8. Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
