Hand crafted “Incense Stick Ash Catcher” in modern simple style. Slight variations can be found in each piece as they are not machine made. Very practical and a perfect solution for high volume incense users. With a hole drilled on each end it makes burning of incense sticks safe and all ash is collected without any mess. Two sticks can be burned at the same time. Dimensions ; Approximate; Length 30cm / 12Inches x Width 5.2cm / 2 inches x Height; 5cm / 2 inches. Weight Approx ; 320g to 360g (As they are handmade, the weight and dimensions can vary) The construction and craftsmanship is basic and simple. These stands are all handmade by craftsmen in India using basic tools so please do not expect a machine made finish. Instructions on lighting an incense stick ; 1) Light an incense stick. 2) Extinguish the flame as soon as the inner core starts to glow red hot which normally happens in 30 seconds to 1 minute maximum. 3) Place the stick in the side hole of incense stick burner plate and that is all. 4) Make sure the residual ash is collected at the bottom when it falls as the stick burns through. Imp; Never leave the flame burning for long. When lighting incense sticks, take care as the ambers from the stick may fall and burn or damage the floor covering. Keep away from children. NOTE; ALWAYS Blow THE FLAME OUT so the stick just glows. Incense sticks are not supplied, can be purchased separately on store. If burning INCENSE CONES, use the ceramic disc that comes with cones. Place the ceramic dish first on the wooden burner and then place the burning cone. This prevents heat build up when the burning cone reaches its end. Cones can burn the wood when they reach its end.
