- PROFILED HANDLE – It is made of dried beech wood. It has a shape that fits the hand, which makes it comfortable. The wood has been protected with wax, thanks to which the handle is smooth and pleasant to the touch. The wax also protects against moisture. The handle is permanently and stably connected to the base with an aluminum foot.
- WORKTOP – It is made of high-quality stainless steel and is highly resistant to corrosion and chemical environment. The working plate is thick and resistant to mechanical damage, and the teeth remain flush with each other even after intensive use. Dimensions: 270×130 mm, teeth 4×4 mm
- ALUMINUM FOOT – It is resistant to damage and lighter than steel. Fixed to the worktop over a long section, it ensures sheet rigidity and stable operation. Surface smoothing is controlled and effective with this tool.
