L-arginine is one of the semi-essential and proteinogenic amino acids. It is semi-essential because the body can produce L-arginine from the amino acid L-citrulline. Proteinogenic means that the organism uses L-arginine to build proteins. L-ornithine is a non-proteinogenic amino acid and can be produced by the body itself.

L-arginine (free form), L-ornithine hydrochloride, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule); glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule); anti-caking agent: stearic acid (vegetable source)
Directions
Take 2 capsules per day with plenty of water.
