L-carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) is a dipeptide of alanine and histidine. It occurs naturally in high concentrations in the skin, muscles and nerve tissue; the level decreases with age.

Directions
It is recommended to take one (1) capsule up to three (3) times daily.
