This is the most common Okin bed control that uses a cord instead of being wireless like a TV. This bed control has two rows of buttons, for the head up & down and foot up & down, and buttons in the middle that will run both bed sections at one time. The control has a round five (5) pin connector (this bed control is different from a five pin lift chair control, in that the five pins are at the bottom of the arc of the plug, where in lift chair hand controls, the pins are at the top of the circle). PLEASE NOTE: This control WILL NOT take the place of a cordless control if your bed has that; All motors that have cordless controls have a socket that looks like a control could plug into, but there is nothing behind that socket, and anything plugged in there WILL NOT WORK.
