Choose the appropriate size of the nail foil for the respective nail. Tip: If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the smaller size or cut it to you. 3. Remove the nail foil and place it in the middle of your nail. Leave a small distance left and right edge to the cuticles. 4. Press the film first in the middle and then carefully on the edges. Fold the protruding part down or cut it off. 5. Gently file the protruding part with the Miss Sophie glass nail file in one direction along the edge of the nail. Seal the nail foil with a thin layer of Miss Sophie Top Coat.
