  • 1. Disconnect the band saw, loosen the saw blade tension and remove the saw blade. Then remove the bandsaw wheel.
  • 3. Part of the tyre the rim and then a short bar or a short tube between the tyre and the wheel. Roll the tube once around the rim to balance the elasticity of the tyre.
  • 2. Completely remove or old tyre and any remaining residue.
  • How to replace a bandsaw tyre?
  • 4. Press a small amount of a brush and apply it to the tyre and wheel surface. Roll and repeat the process around the rim. Allow 24 hours to dry before using the saw again.
