Evans EC2 are sandblasted, double-layer leathers with a thickness of 0.18 mm. They feature an optimal attack, sound and sustain length and allow easy tuning for skins of various sizes. The SST (Sound Shaping Technology) ring muted under the layer ensures a natural and very well balanced sound. Variable sizes, it also adapts to the measurements of all drum drums.
