- Instruction: Place the side with plastic film facing up and lay it flat on the clothing to iron. Cover the heat transfer with a layer of newspaper or cloth, then use an electric iron set at a temperature above 125 degrees Celsius to iron. Start from the top and press down to partially adhere the heat transfer to the fabric. Afterwards, repeat ironing for 20-30 seconds
