Manufactured by Percussion Plus, this easy grip hard wearing wood shell tambour is made from the finest birch ply wood, which is bent, formed and machined to a smooth finish and sprayed their trademark red. The tambour has a strong, natural goatskin head , which is stretched over the vibrant wooden shell. This instrument can be played simply by hitting the head by hand or with a beater (not included) to produce a strong, pure sound. Due to their durable build quality and rich tone, these instruments are particularly recommended for use in Education.
