This is the 3kg, Black coloured Wrist Weight that is one in a range of 13 available that has been specially designed to naturally contour to the users wrist for maximum comfort. The different weights are all colour coded for easy visual identification, with this 3 kg (6.6 lb) weight being Black in colour. As standard the Wrist Weight is supplied with a hook and loop fastening system that includes a 36cm long strap with a double safety closure to allow it to be adjusted with ease and to provide a secure fit even during strenuous exercise programmes. Wrist weights are available in 13 different weight sizes, ranging from 0.5kgs (1.1 lbs) in size, up to 10kgs (22 lbs), all of which can be found in this area of our shop. Please note that Wrist Weights are sold individually.
