This sturdy hoof boot provides protection against broken hooves and stones on the hoof wall. The synthetic sole is slip-resistant as well as shock-absorbing. It can quickly be attached and adapted to the hoof by means of double velcro fasteners. The soft padding on the coronary band and the anatomic shape prevent pressure marks. Also, the hard-wearing nylon upper material is easy to clean and the delivery scope is 1 piece. It is available in size 8 and can be used for both front and rear hooves. To determine the correct size, the hoof must be measured in length from the bulb to the toe and in width at the widest point. To do this, place the horse with cleaned hooves on a straight and clean surface and cover the hoof, preferably with a sock. This will prevent the hoof shoe from getting dirty during the fitting.
