The Brush n Fine Pen range of edible ink pens offers a spectrum of colour allowing you to create intricate details and personal messages for edible medium such as sugarpaste/fondant, gum paste, sugar sheets, rice paper, dried royal icing, marzipan and much more. These pens are incredibly versatile with a unique brush tip as well as a fine nib making it an essential for any professional. The fine end has a 1.5 mm diameter and is perfect for drawing outlines and writing messages. The brush end has a 2.5 mm diameter tip. Use this to draw and colour, much like you would with a felt tip pen. These pens are refillable and come with a 8 grams pot of edible ink. Simply stand the pen in the pot, with the lid off for three hours, wipe the pen dry, and you’re good to go.
