INSTRUCTIONS: 1)TO SINGLE-LOCK: Press cuff down on the wrist and rotate jaw until it engages ratchet. Jaw may be tightened as required. 2)TO DOUBLE-LOCK: With cuff single locked on the wrist, use top of the key handle to press button on the side of the frame. Thus, the jaw is locked against movement in either direction. Manufacturer request the use of this lock, ALWAYS. 3)TO UNLOCK IN SINGLE-LOCK POSITION: Insert key into keyhole and make a quarter turn. Hold in this position while releasing the cuff. 4)TO UNLOCK IN DOUBLE-LOCK POSITION: Insert key into keyhole, make a half turn in one direction to release the double-lock and then quarter turn in the opposite direction.
