Precautions (Caution)
Ventilation: Avoid inhaling vapors from the solder paste.
Avoid Contact: Wash skin/eyes immediately if contact occurs with the soldering flux.
Control Usage: Avoid excessive use of flux soldering paste to prevent residue.
Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry place to maintain the quality of the soldering flux paste.
Post-Soldering Cleaning: Clean the remaining solder flux to ensure optimal performance.
Keep Away from Children: Store out of reach. Main Features and Advantages
1. Superior Wetting: Ideal solder flux for electronic repairs.
2. Composition: Rosin-based, acid-free, lead-free, non-conductive, halogen-free, acid-free, and non-corrosive.
3. High Adhesion Strength: Excellent penetration and insulation. Ensures easy soldering with no misalignment using our high-quality solder paste.
4. Solder Joint Quality: Produces bright, full solder joints with minimal smoke, no odor, minimal residue, and high insulation resistance. Easy tinning and strong solder joints. Minimal residue makes it a no-clean solder flux.
5. Moisture Protection: Shields BGA wires from corrosion and moisture with effective soldering flux.
6. Wide Application: Suitable for BGA, IC, LED, PCB, and SMD repairs, making it a versatile flux soldering paste.
7. Functions of Solder Flux: Supports heat transfer, removes oxides, reduces surface tension, and prevents reoxidation. This flux soldering paste is essential for achieving perfect solder joints.
Usage Instructions
Clean Solder Joints: Remove impurities with alcohol or cleaner before applying soldering flux paste.
Apply Soldering Flux Paste: Evenly apply the appropriate amount of flux soldering paste to the area.
Heat Solder Joints: Use a soldering iron or hot air gun (200℃-350℃) to heat the joints, allowing the solder paste to flow.
Place Solder Materials: Position wires or component leads on the heated joints prepared with soldering flux paste.
Soldering: Press with the soldering iron tip to make contact, ensuring the solder paste flows smoothly.
Cooling: Allow the joints to cool naturally after applying the soldering flux.
Clean: Remove excess flux with alcohol or cleaner to ensure clean and strong solder joints.
Shelf Life
2 years (unopened). Seal properly after opening to maintain the effectiveness of the soldering flux.
