Use the USB cable to connect PS2 to HDMI converter and USB wall adapter,USB cable use for supply power Set up the Component Video Output (Y Pb Pr) on the PS2,it is not the RGB output. If you have not see any picture on your TV ,please go into the Configuration Settings (load PS2 without a disc) and scroll through the options to change this.
