Cut the cuticles, but how? We recommend that you soak the cuticles first. Now cut away the torn cuticles all around the nail bed. Remove all protruding cuticles. Be careful and gentle when cutting, as a wrong cut can be very painful. Very important: Also remove all debris from the nail bed, as this can grow into the skin. It is best to use a manicure instrument such as a cuticle pusher. You can moisturise your skin and provide it with important nutrients by using an oil care stick (also available from us).
