Our traditional grandma’s enamel frying pan with its typical two carrying handles awakens many the memory of grandma’s wonderful books (Austrian for oven noodles) or the sunny pork roast from the “roast rindl” (Austrian term for cookware). This model of the frying pan is the largest of its kind with 50 cm width, so that it still fits well in any baking tube, the handles are raised to save space. This baking mould or roasting mould – depending on the occasion – is a real all-rounder for everything you want to bake, roast or bake in the oven and then serve at the table. The mould can be easily cut (except glass ceramic knives) and it is easy to clean. The material enamel is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. In our enamel baking and roasting pans, heat is quickly conducted and stored perfectly thanks to the iron core: for sustainable, energy-saving and all-round even frying or baking.
