Anyone, who doesn’t only want to work in the studio with wide, soft light, will mount the Rollei Professional 55-Degree Studio Flash Reflector on his/her flash device with a Bowens connection. The specially shaped screen made from resistant aluminium was provided with a highly reflective coating, which scatters the light exactly in the 55 degree angle and sets a central point of emphasis at the same time. In this way a light beam with a comparatively hard edge, which becomes more intense towards the centre, is created. Not only does the Rollei Professional 55-Degree Studio Flash Reflector perfectly supplement the new Rollei Professional HS Freeze 6 Studio Flash Reflector but naturally, it can be mounted on all other professional equipment with a standardized Bowens connection. The outside of the reflector was painted with a light-absorbing matte black coat in order not to produce any undesired reflections in the studio or in the open air. When it is in use outdoors, the reflector should always be at hand, in order to be able to set clear light emphases and hard shadow lines with the battery-operated HS Freeze 6.
