[INF] 1. Unpack the toothbrush and other components. 2. Install a new AAA battery if not already included. 3. Wet the toothbrush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 4. Place the toothbrush head in the mouth, at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 5. Turn on the toothbrush and gently move it across all teeth surfaces, spending about 30 seconds on each quadrant of the mouth. 6. After the two-minute timer goes off, turn off and rinse the toothbrush head. 7. Regularly replace the toothbrush head for optimal hygiene and effectiveness.
