Precautions for use:
– Remember to deburr the tube before inserting the nipple into the tube.
– Before installation, it is imperative to clean the piping of the installation.
– Control the water pressure: maximum 4 bar, beyond, provide for the installation of a pressure reducer at the head of the general supply.
– This connection is designed to work with fresh water; in case of hard water, provide water treatment. Installation of this fitting must be carried out without any mechanical traction (expansion or lack of support).
– The connection must not be subject to mechanical stress; check the alignment of the pipes.
– Adjust the tightening torque so as not to damage the taps: 30 N.meter max.
– To achieve the tightness of the connection at the level of the tapping, give preference to PTFE or anaerobic paste.
– The use of filasse with joint paste is prohibited.
– Connections must remain accessible.
– The installation and use of this fitting must comply with the rules of the art, DTU, and regulations in force.
