Directions for use
Step 1: Pour in a sachet of Nasal Wash
Step 2: Pour in 300ml of lukewarm water at 37°C and stir the nasal wash well until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3: Open your mouth wide and do not hold your breath. Turn the Nasal Wash bottle upside down and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press the button on the valve and the solution starts to flow. Release the button to stop the solution from flowing.
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the other nostril.

Note
Do not use when both nasal passages are completely blocked, or if you have otitis media or other ear diseases.
