For best results you must use sublimation inks, a sublimation printer to print the image, a heat press and the surface you print onto must be polyester coated for the paper to work. If pressing t-shirts, be sure to use a fabric with at least 70% polyester content. This paper can also be used to transfer designs to ceramic cups, vinyl, stainless steel, wood, or plastic that are coated with a polyester coating.
