- Features: Cage nuts are a type of nut specifically designed for use with server racks and cabinets and other equipment mounting applications. They are used to secure and mount equipment, such as servers, switches, and patch panels, onto vertical rack rails.
- Design: Cage nuts consist of a square nut with small spring-like tabs, commonly referred to as cage springs, attached to the back side. These cage springs allow the nut to be inserted into square mounting holes on the vertical rack rails.
