Ready for the construction site? Tamiya presents the first dump truck in the Mercedes-Benz Arocs 3348 version. The trough is made of a sturdy ABS part and has a movable and automatic release tailgate. The load capacity is max. 10 kg and the trough can be tilted via the optional ACU-01 spindle drive unit via radio. The distinctive design of the new aroma is as extraordinary as the truck in total. This means that the look was specially developed for construction vehicles, a radiator grille has been installed in the so-called excavator tooth look, which is intended to convey the message: “biting and gripping”. Special protective grille for the lighting system is attached to the bumper. With the 576 mm long and around 3.5 kg heavy kit model, you can create impressive hatches. Under the forward-tilting cab is the proven and robust Tamiya truck technology. A new Mighty-Tuned 35T electric motor releases its power to the two rear axles via a switchable 3-speed gearbox. A detailed aluminium ladder frame gives the model the necessary stability and flexibility. A special additional frame has been installed for the trough, which makes the model particularly stable. On the back of the frame a towing mouth (e.g. Carson 500907182) can be attached and pull trailers. Highlight are the pre-painted body parts: Italian Red (TS-8) cab, H, K and M parts, aluminium colour (TS-17) dumper trough and CC parts. With the optionally available multifunctional unit, almost all sound and light functions of the model can be simulated deceptively really.
