The Tetra AlgaeControl 3-in-1 test is the optimal aid for measuring the water parameters nitrate and phosphate. This makes it easy to keep control of the key algae parameters and successfully prevent algae growth in the pond and aquarium. The water test also measures carbonate hardness as these parameters are very important for stable water conditions and to prevent a sudden acid fall.
To use the Tetra Test AlgaeControl 3-in-1, simply immerse the test strips in the water, swivel for one to two seconds in the water, shake off water and read the most important information about the content of the nitrate, phosphate and carbonate hardness after 60 seconds. Use the colour chart to determine whether they are in the safe area or if an increase or decrease is required.
