The extra long handled spider grabber is 1m (3.28 ft) in length, allowing a reach of over 1m, keeping a safe and comfortable distance from the target insect. The extended handle allows those who are scared of spiders to easily remove them and ensures hard to reach areas are easily accessible.
The bristles are gentle enough to catch bugs such as butterflies, moths and daddy long legs hygienically and without harm.
To set up, simply pull the trigger, screw the two poles together while squeezing, and release. The bristles will stay closed while the trigger is released- squeezing the trigger will open the bristles. The Buzz Spider Catcher XL is a way to keep children entertained, and a humane alternative to a spider catcher vacuum. The product comes complete with a plastic provider so users can perfect their technique before facing a real spider or insect.
Compress the trigger fully and whilst compressed, screw the two halves of the spider catcher together to make a metre long handle. To remove unwanted insects, aim the bristles at the target bug and compress the trigger. Place the bristles over the insect that you wish to capture and release the trigger. The bug should now be caught in the bristles of the spider catcher. Take the spider catcher outside and release the insect by compressing the handle and releasing once the bug has been freed.
Will this harm the insects? No, if used correctly it won’t cause harm to any insects. The bristles are gentle enough to just remove the critters from the unwanted area.
