Turn the center button to move the red disc counterclockwise until the time of your choice (up to 60 minutes). The timer is now set and the silent countdown has started. No ticking means no distractions! As time expires, the red disc disappears as it moves clockwise, allowing you to understand the remaining time at a glance.
