Biscuit Wood are made of beech wood. The wooden connecting plates are used for the firm, stable joining of wooden parts such as carcasses or frame corner joints. However, they can also be inserted into a groove instead of a tongue. With the help of a groove milling machine, a 4 mm thick groove is inserted in both wooden parts to be joined. The connecting plates can be easily inserted into the groove due to their rounded edges. By adding white glue, the plates swell up and fit perfectly.
