Easy to use, it works with boiling water in the bottom chamber generating steam and pressure, which together, pushes the hot water out of the chamber through the ground coffee, infusing it and filtering it to the upper chamber. Very stylishly designed, it is made from highly durable stainless steel, with a stainless steel gasket. Both the knob on the lid and the ergonomic, safe-grip handle are made from Bakelite. It is suitable for all hob types including induction, designed to sit directly on the hob and it comes with an instruction manual to guide you. It is so versatile that, as well as being primarily for use at home or in the office, it is also great for taking with you on camping trips, picnics etc if you have a portable gas stove.
