Instructions for use
Step 1: Pour a packet of nasal wash salt (2.7g). (This package does not include the bottle)
Step 2: Pour 300ml of water at 37°C.
Step 3: Cover the lid and shake well.
Step 4: Turn the bottle upside down and gently insert the tip into one nostril. Press the valve button to start solution flow. Press the button again to stop the solution flow.
Step 5: Repeat Step 4 for the other nostril.
