The Vaessen Creative Florence watercolour paper is a high-quality paper and makes an ideal base for painting, drawing, sketching and creating stunning artwork. The paper sheets have a thickness or weight of 300 Grams per Square Meter or GSM. This thickness ensures that the paper absorbs water well, giving you the perfect canvas for all of your watercolour work. Thanks to the textured surface finish the sheets are perfect to use for both wet as dry watercolour techniques, working well with both diluted and undiluted mediums and hold pigments fantastically. The sheets can be stretched prior to use to eliminate the possibility of the paper buckling or warping out of shape. The watercolour paper sheets can be used with acrylic paint, watercolour paints, brush pens, markers, pencils, fine liners, crayons and ink. Vaessen Creative Florence Watercolour Paper is suitable for professional artists and crafters of all ages. The sheets can be easily cut down to size if you’re working on a smaller project like postcards for example. The paper is ivory coloured, which gives it a slightly warmer tint than white. The durable paper is made out of 100% cellulose fibre pulp from controlled wood sources. The paper is acid and lignin free, meaning it is more durable and won’t yellow.
