In the ever growing world of bottom brackets, we all want to keep things as simple as possible. The designers at Wheels Manufacturing agree, and their BB30/PF30 on SRAM GXP bottom bracket adapter aims to do just that. This adapter is not picky – it is compatible with almost any BB30 or PF30 frame with SRAM / Truvativ crankset, including mountain or road bikes. Wheels Manufacturing uses Delrin technical plastic that is both lighter and quieter than aluminium – something we can all appreciate. This adapter is simple enough to install alone or with a trusted mechanic as long as you work with a bottom bracket shell between 68mm and 83mm wide. Once installed, use the two adapter discs as well as the supplied wide range of spacers left and right to ensure you have no game in the crank.
